Galaxy is officially working on the first air cooled, single slot designed GTX 680. The name Galaxy is branding this card is the "GeForce GTX 680 Warriors' Edition", Galaxy's card takes advantage of how small the GK104’s PCB can be. This and the fact that the TDP of the chip is manageable at 195w, this translates in the formation of a single slot air cooled GTX 680.
The picture provided bellow is the graphics card which portrays the card as being longer than the PCB. The cooler uses the same design principles to that of the GeForce 8800 GT and Radeon HD 4850. They use a compact lateral flow that guides the air through a dense network of copper channels where the heat is dissipated by the air. The copper channels draw the heat away from the copper plate.
